ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We are glad to exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or credit must have their original tags and packaging. All sales are final on sale merchandise, private sales, markdowns, gift certificates, body products, fragrances, and books. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Dipili Boutique is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. Your store credit or exchange will be processed as soon as possible and you will be notified via email. We reserve the right to deny store credits and exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Orders are processed from Dublin, Ireland. Orders are processed the following business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the follwoing business day. Availability of items is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is unavailable or delayed, dipili boutique will notify you via email or telephone. All prices listed include Ireland's 23% VAT rate. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 7-10 days from the order date. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Dipili Boutique is not responsible for payment of this duty. International orders will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

Merchandise in selling condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached may be exchanged or receive store credit within 10 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt, for the current selling price. We do not offer refunds or price adjustments. Store Credit is valid for 90 days after Purchase. All sales are final on hosiery, earrings, sale merchandise, private sales, markdowns, gift certificates, body products, fragrances, and books. We reserve the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
